The entry fee to the beach with a wave pool is PHP 250 (USD 5) for AM and PHP 250 (USD 5) for PM per person. Children below three (3) feet tall has free entry. Kindly message us the dates of your planned entries for pre-registration and swift entry.

Please note that there is a mandatory housekeeping service every 3 days for a fee of PHP 500.00.

Kindly leave your secondary ID at the Reception Desk in exchange for your Guest ID that shall be used during your stay.

A convenience fee of PHP 300 will be applied for late check-in between 5 PM and onward because our Property Administrator is not living on site. Kindly arrange the fee upon check-in.

Being an apartment vacation home, kindly note that housekeeping service with bed linens laundry is necessary every 3 days for a fee of PHP 600.00.

Hi, At the moment, we suggest to take the big taxi from the airport. More convenient and cost-effective. The traffic going to the airport from Azure is stressful due to the unending construction :)

Hi there :) Gym and sauna are available for long-term guests staying for a minimum of 15 days. The gym, the beach, and wave pool are free of charge. However, the sauna is for a fee.

Hello, is the apartment cleaned every day as a standard hotel?

Hi there, Whenever new guests arrive, the apartment is cleaned and well sanitized. Daily housekeeping can be requested for a fee.

Overall stay was great and just what we needed to rest after island hopping in the Philippines.
The host for the property was very hospitable and showed us the amenities and was knowledgeable on the area of where to go shopping and gave us internet instructions. She also replaced the hair dryer straight away when we found out out the existing one didn't work. The room has a great view of the wave pool and apartment amenities. The place has some games to keep kids occupied. We liked that SM Bicutan was only 10 minutes walk to get breakfast and lunch and a bit of shopping too.
The TV controls need to be fixed as we were not able to control what channels to watch and was told to download TV control apps on our phones. Unless you are IT savvy, we were not able to get the downloaded app to work with the TV. Only 1 aircon control worked so we used this for both rooms which was a little inconvenient as the kids wanted to regulate their room and timed the aircon to switch off. The towels provided were a little thin and probably needs to smell a bit more fresh. The blankets for the children's room were only flat sheets. We think it would have been better to provide the same thin quilts for both children's beds as the children got colder in the middle of the night. As the apartment is near the airport, this might interrupt some well needed quiet sleep but it takes time to get used to.

What you see is not what you get!
The Place we stayed is clean and spacious.
It is in the ground area. Because what i saw on the pictures uploaded in booking.com are not the same with the room i got. I prefer more in higher floor. (Better view) Thats one of the reason why i get this staycation. Even i haved to pay more than what i booked.

Very Good
The room is very spacious and comfortable to stay. It has a strong internet connection, a nice TV for watching movies/videos online, a pantry, dining, living area, bedrooms with comfy beds, and a terrace with a nice view of the artificial beach resort of the property. Great place to relax without going far from the city.
Nothing to complain here but if I were to nitpick. It would be the location of the condominium. Nothing much to do and explore nearby, only 1 sm mall. Good thing there are some decent restaurants there.
